JRI Orthopaedics Limited (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This privacy notice (together with our terms of website use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. For the purpose of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), effective from 25th May 2018, the data controller is JRI Orthopaedics Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 976297 and our registered office is 18 Churchill Way, Chapeltown, Sheffield, S35 2PY.
What information we hold
- Contact information that you provide to us via our website http://www.jri-ltd.co.uk (“our site”). We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
- Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, and the resources that you access. We may collection information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
- Data to allow us to register individuals for training and/or other events.
- If opted in, we may use your information to contact you for general marketing purposes.
- We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
- We may also be required to hold Special Personal Data, examples of which include information necessary to satisfy legal product liability claims, customer complaints, post marketing surveillance or where we need to report adverse incidents to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

How long we will keep information for

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of GDPR with regards to your personal data.
